Fuel organized for the second year its “Biggest Loser” contest. It ran for 3 months from January to April 1st. The goal was to lose as much weight percentage as possible during that time. I finished first with 28.3 lbs lost which equals to 13.75% of my start weight of 205.8 lbs. Half of the pot won will be donated to the cancer society. Since my mother went through cancer at such a young age (in her twenties) and having lost a few relatives to cancer, it is a very important cause to me.
Here is the blog post from last year “Biggest Loser” edition: How Toulouse Weight! 1st Edition. I lost over 80 lbs in 90 days, starting from my original weight of 248 lbs! Earlier in the year, I was at my heaviest at 260 lbs.
Needless to say; I am now feeling a lot better. I got back to my high school shape and feel a lot healthier. As usual we went out celebrating at the “All you can eat” buffet once again. When I have some time, I will post my training and diet program which proved to be very effective.
