Just got back from Montreal. We attended the UFC 97 event which wasnt very good. Most of the prelim fights went to decision… Loiseau embarrassed himself, Jason MacDonald got beat up and Chuck got knocked out by Shogun. The main event turned out to be a big joke with Anderson Silva dancing around for 5 rounds.
The overall week end was a blast; I havent had any vacation for quite a while. It was fun to go around Montreal and visit family members and friends. I also got to meet with a few fighters including Mike Brown WEC champion.
Since finishing my “Biggest Loser” contest, I went on a crazy burger & poutine spree. I consumed 6 burgers and 7 large poutines within 72 hours. I feel like crap! On top of gaining almost 15 lbs, I never thought fast food could damage your system that quick. I now realize what the “Supersize Me” dude went through for an entire month. Total hazard to your health. Never doing that again.
